PM Burnout Coaching is group coaching facilitated by Ruth Pearce and other ALLE LLC coaches.

We meet every 2nd and 4th week for 90 minutes:

    1. Part 1 – 10 minute introduction to a new tool or technique including wellbeing check-in
    2. Part 2 – 45 – 60 minute group coaching exploring topics such as
      • Knowing your own strengths 

      • Seeing strengths around you

      • Health/Wellbeing & strengths

      • Mindfulness & strengths

      • Setting goals based on strengths

    3. Part 3 – 10 minute debrief including wellbeing check-in
    4. Part 4 – Call to recovery!

    The program includes:

    • Access to the Burnout Assessment Tool
    • 5 live interactive group coaching sessions
    • Online learning application for continual practice and growth (Quenza)
    • Free personalized VIA Character Strengths & Mindfulness report
    • Access to multiple LinkedIn Learning courses – PM Burnout, PM Mindfulness & Becoming a Project Motivator
