  • 3rd Wednesday 8am Eastern
  • 3rd Thursday 6pm Eastern

Meeting duration;

60-90 minutes

Format of monthly meeting:

  1. Highlight one piece of character strengths research
  2. Case study/research/experience shared by one of the participants or guests
  3. Large group – 1 CSI Intervention
  4. Small group – 1 CSI Intervention or prompted discussion of specific practices
  5. Q&A with facilitator or guest
